1.  What is the master format that we will be making the copies from? ( You can usually tell what the format is by looking at the tape itself.  Examples would include standard VHS, Hi8, BetaSP, Digital Beta, MiniDV, 3/4 standard, 1").

2.  How long is the program that you would like to make a copy (copies) of?

3.  How many copies will you be needing?

4.  How will the master be arriving to us? (Courier, mail, UPS, or will we be picking it up)

5.  Will you be needing any labels or sleeves (provided by our company or your own) with your order.

6.  Is the program copywritten?   If it is, we will need written permission by the party who aired the program before we can duplicate it.
